Escalon Medical Imaging provides responsive and dependable technical support for users including installation, training, and troubleshooting. Support is available 8am to 5 pm CST, Monday through Friday, by contacting EMI.

An integral part of Escalon Medical Imaging's vision is the continuous improvement of the capture and image management software. All CFA Digital Imaging System users are enrolled free of charge in the EMI upgrade program for one year from date of installation.
